What does it cost?

Nothing to apply or to see your offer. Your rate is variable and tracks changes in the Central Bank of Egypt's lending rates, and the one-time administration fee is shown in the app before you accept.

What's the minimum?

Financing starts at EGP 500,000.

What security does MNZL take?

A sales prohibition on the property, registered with your developer, for the life of the financing; it's lifted once you've repaid.

Can I rent the property out?

Yes. The sales prohibition doesn't affect how you use the property — only selling or transferring it while the financing runs.

Can I repay early?

Yes. Early settlement is available; the terms are in your contract.
